The Executive Department is in charge of managing all municipal activities and resources, and oversees the implementation and follow-up of municipal programs and and projects, in accordance with the work goals and values favoured by the Town Council. The department draws up policies, programs, and frameworks that it then submits to the Town Council for approval.
