1.- THAT at a meeting held on April 2, 2024, the Town Council has adopted those by-laws :
- « 1156-11-65, règlement amendant le règlement de zonage 1156-11 en :
- modifiant l'article 3 USAGES PROHIBES DE CERTAINES CONTRUCTIONS
- modifiant le point D) SERVICES de l’article 2.3 CLASSE DÉTAIL, ADMINISTRATION ET SERVICES (C-2) afin d’ajouter un quatre-vingt-treizième usage autorisé Lieu de retour pour contenants consignés
- modifiant les usages autorisés dans la zone M-409 afin de permettre comme usage spécifiquement permis l’usage Ensemble touristique et d’assujettir cet usage au Règlement sur les usages conditionnels no1172-12
- modifiant les usages autorisés dans la zone IC-269 afin de permettre comme usage spécifiquement permis l’usage Centre récréatif en général (7424)
- modifiant les usages autorisés dans la zone P-210 afin de permettre comme usage spécifiquement permis les usages Centre sportif multidisciplinaire (couvert) (7222) et Aréna (patinage sur glace) (7451);
- 1172-12-13, règlement amendant le règlement sur les usages conditionnels 1172-12 en Ajoutant l’article 16 DISPOSITIONS APPLICABLES POUR L’USAGE* ENSEMBLE TOURISTIQUE DANS LA ZONE* M-409; »
2.- THAT those by-laws 1156-11-65 and 1172-12-13 have been approved by the council of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé, on November 27, 2024;
3.- THAT an assessment of conformity has been issued by the Clerk-treasurer of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé in respect of those by-laws 1156-11-65 and 1172-12-13 on November 29, 2024;
4.- THAT those by-laws 1156-11-65 and 1172-12-13 came into force on November 29, 2024, according to the Act respecting land use planning and development;
5.- THAT the interested can consult those by-laws at the Office of the Town clerk, at the Town Hall, 25, rue de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, Gaspé, during regular office hours.

The regular sittings of the Town Council for the year 2025 will be held at 7:30 pm, and to those following places: on January 13, February 3, 17 and March 3, at the Centre Élias-Dufresne hall at Rivière-au-Renard, and from March 17, at the Town Hall, 25, rue de l’Hôtel-de-Ville, Gaspé.

NOTICE is hereby given, in accordance with article 474.2 of the Cities and Towns Act, that at a special meeting that will be held at the Town Hall on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 7 pm, the Town Council will adopt its 2025 budget and its triennial program of fixed assets.
All taxpayers are invited to attend and during this meeting, a question period will be given to the taxpayers present and will only concern the budget and the triennial program of fixed assets.

1. THAT at a meeting held on September 16, 2024, the Town Council has adopted By-Law 1535-24 « règlement décrétant une dépense et un emprunt de 1 105 277 $ pour l’acquisition du terrain situé au 152, rue Jacques-Cartier (lot 3 147 158, cadastre du Québec) ».
2. THAT By-Law 1535-24 have been approved by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, on October 18, 2024.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on Monday November 4, 2024, at 7:30 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by Jacinthe Synnott for a property situated at 20, rue Pouliot.
The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:
- the nature of the minor exemption is to reduce of 3,98 m the rear back margin in accordance with the minimal rear back margin of 7 m required at the specifications grid of the zone HC-227 of the zoning By-Law 1156-11;
- the minor exemption will have for consequence to permit the expansion of the main building with a rear back margin of 3,02 m

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on Monday November 4, 2024, at 7:30 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented Ghislain O’Connor for the company Les Entreprises de restauration B.N. Ltée for a property situated at 84, rue Jacques-Cartier.
The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:
- the nature of the minor exemption is to :
- increase of 1 the number of signs lay flat that can be fixed of the wall compared to the total number of 2 signs established in article 22.12.4 of Zoning By-law no 1156-11;
- to authorize a sign whose outline is human-shaped, while these signs are prohibited anywhere on the municipal territory as stipulated in article 22.8 of Zoning By-law no 1156-11
- the minor exemption will have for consequence of allowing the installation of 3 signs lay flat to the wall on the front of the building, one of which has a human-shaped outline.
