NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at its ordinary meeting held on January 15, 2024, has adopted the following By-Laws:
By-Law 1527-24 :
« Règlement décrétant l’imposition des taxes foncières générales, de répartition générale et de répartition locale pour l’année 2024. »
By-Law 1528-24 :
« Règlement remplaçant le règlement 1497-23 et créant un nouveau règlement pour imposer de nouveaux tarifs pour la collecte des déchets, l'entretien du lieu d'enfouissement technique, la gestion intégrée des déchets, la collecte des matières recyclables, le transport de ces matières et leur traitement au centre de tri de Grande-Rivière, la collecte des matières organiques, le transport de ces matières et leur traitement au site de compostage de Chandler. »
By-Law 1529-24 :
« Règlement remplaçant le règlement 1498-23 et ses amendements et créant un nouveau règlement pour imposer de nouveaux tarifs pour les services d’aqueduc et d’égout et pour l’assainissement des eaux. »
By-Law 1530-24 :
« Imposant une tarification pour le service de collecte, de transport et de traitement des boues de fosses septiques et remplaçant le règlement 1499-23. »
NOTICE is also given that those By-Laws are deposited at the office of the municipality and that the interested may there take cognizance thereof during regular office hours.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on February 5, 2024, at 7h30 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by Mr Pascal Denis for Hôtel Baker ltée for a property situated at 178, rue de la Reine.
The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:
· the nature of the minor exemption is to :
o reduce of 3,06 m the front setback margin (on the rue de la Cathédrale) in accordance with the minimal front setback margin of 7 m require at the specification’s grid of the M-240 zone of the zoning By-Law no 1156-11;
o increase of one floor the permit height in floor for a main building in accordance with the maximal height in floors of 3 established at the specification’s grid of the M-240 zone of the zoning By-Law no 1156-11;
· the minor exemption will have for consequence to regularize the main building with a front setback margin (on the rue de la Cathédrale) of 3,94 m and allow the enlargement of the main building bringing the height in floor at 4.
During this meeting, the Town Council will hear the interested wishing to be heard on that request.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on Monday January 15, 2024, at 7h30 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by Mr Mathieu Samson for a lots 3 145 660 and 3 146 102, cadastre du Québec.
The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:
· the nature of the minor exemption is to :
o reduce of 15,3 m2 of the area for a main building in accordance to the minimal area of 50 m2 required at the article 4.2 by the zoning By-Law 1156-11.
o reduce of 0,89 m the depth for a main building in accordance to the minimal depth of 6 m required at the article 4.3 by the zoning By-Law 1156-11.
· the minor exemption will have for consequence to permit the implantation of an unifamily habitation with an area of 34,7 m2 and a depth of 5,11 m, conditional that the building be constructed in accordance with the plans filed and dated November 22, 2023.
During this meeting, the Town Council will hear the interested wishing to be heard on that request.

NOTICE is hereby given, in accordance with article 474.2 of the Cities and Towns Act, that at a special meeting that will be held at the Town Hall on Monday, December 18, 2023, at 7 pm, the Town Council will adopt its 2024 budget and its triennial program of fixed assets.
All taxpayers are invited to attend and during this meeting, a question period will be given to the taxpayers present and will only concern the budget and the triennial program of fixed assets.
